Shipping Policies

Most orders ship within 48 hours if all items are in stock. Orders placed before 4:00 PM Central Time will be prepared for shipment the same day and will leave our facility the following business day. We will make our best effort to have orders in the mail the same day whenever the following shipping services are selected:

  • Priority Mail Express
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air

  • Shipments are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Central Time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that we are not able to ship on US federal holidays, as there is no mail service on these days.

    While we make every effort to ensure the successful delivery of your order, packages are occasionally lost or damaged due to domestic and foreign postal systems. However, we want you to receive your products as much as you do. In the event of a lost package, a non-delivery claim can be filed, after which we will either issue a refund or send a replacement. Due to the policy of our shipping insurance provider, we are required to wait 30 days for domestic shipments and 45 days for international shipments before we can file a claim. For damaged packages, claims can be filed immediately.

    For international customers, we offer USPS First Class International shipment for convenience and affordability. However, please be advised that in-transit time can be unpredictable using this method. While most countries respect the 14-day USPS guarantee, international deliveries have taken as long as 60 days in some instances due to customs and other circumstances. The most reliable and recommended shipping methods for international orders are USPS Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International.

    All international orders must be shipped to the billing address. No exceptions will be made.
