Sonata for Euphonium and Piano Op. 104 - Hummel/ed. Broer

The Sonata Op. 104 was originally for cello and piano. In this edition, the cello part is adapted for euphonium by the editor. Only minimal changes were required for this adaption since the cello part is very lyrical and lies in a comfortable range for the euphonium. This edition is based on an autograph manuscript in Hummel's writing which is located in the British Library in London, and also a first edition Boosey draft of the piece copyrighted in 1826.
